KV CTC's use calibrated, digital testing equipment. Equipment must be up to date and CTC's must submit calibration reports for injection testers. If any equipment fails to be certified, the CTC will be unable to issue further KV Certified Test Reports.

KV Test Reports are online immediately following a test. You can look up a report instantly from any computer - as soon as your item ships. Results will be available 24/7/365.
Testers that use KV Labs are accountable. Not only do testers care about providing quality products, CTC's are also accountable for 110% of your purchase. Further, CTC's are required to keep above a threshold of customer-reported failed tests. If the CTC exceeds the threshold, they are unable to issue further KV Certified reports.
