The KV 110% Fail-safe Guarantee

Since accuracy and integrity are paramount for our test reports, we require all Certified Testing Companies (CTC's) to back their products up with a 110% fail-safe guarantee.

If your KV Labs certified product fails within 120 days of purchase, you'll get a 110% credit.*

Can you trust your circuit breaker supplier? Consider the following:

• KV CTC's use calibrated, digital testing equipment. Equipment must be up to date and CTC's must submit calibration reports for injection testers. If any equipment fails to be certified, the CTC will be unable to issue further KV Certified reports.
• KV software will guide CTC's through all necessary tests. Our point by point test guide enables testers to scrutenize every aspect of their circuit breakers before certification.
• KV Test Reports are online immediately following a test. You can look up a report instantly from any computer. Results will be available 24/7/365.
• Testers that use KV Labs are accountable. Not only do they care about providing quality products, CTC's are also accountable for 110% of your purchase. Further, CTC's are required to keep above a threshold of customer-reported failed tests. If the CTC exceeds the threshold, they are unable to issue further KV Certified reports.

*Terms of Guarantee

Failed circuit breakers must be reported to KV Labs within 10 days of failure. KV Labs will issue an RMA # and results will be verified at KV Labs headquarters and a validation of failed test will be issued.

If you purchased a KV Labs Certified circuit breaker from a CTC. Upon validation of failed test, you are entitled to a credit of 110% of your purchase price of that circuit breaker, due upon return (credit will be given either in the form of your payment method or in store credit, at the discretion of the CTC). If you request a replacement and the CTC can furnish a replacement, you will receive a 10% refund (either in the form of your payment method, or in the form of store credit - at the discretion of the CTC).

If you purchased a KV Labs Certified Test from a CTC (and furnished your own circuit breaker to be tested). Upon validation of failed test, CTC will be required to refund 110% of the charged amount for that test (in the form of your payment method).
